The John Haldane Memorial is another top quality event promoted by the club and is usually run early season and run on a handicap basis.The race started on the dual carriageway and then moved to the tough Kilcoo circuit. Last year the race moved back to the dual carriageway due to increasing numbers and races promoted on the day.

Noel McKinley is the only winner from the club to win the event.It is a great way to test early season form.
